And I have a good feeling about this. So right now, yeah, we're at 122 frames per second on high at 1080. So what were you expecting when you went into (bleep) and, er sorry, (clears throat) Uh, random PC part retailer, what were you actually expecting http://computerzargon.com/9-common-mistakes-gaming-channels-make-on-youtube/?
Um, to get scammed? - Next we have Dirt 4. Now this is another game that's fairly new, but I think the 480 should be able to handle it pretty well. Um, when you look at a system like this for about like $650, what you're getting here is something that you really should be able to play at 1080 on high with most games. - Right. To be fair, all those stores that we visited had options that were just really overpriced, that were basically like that, like we're talking, $1,000 for like a 1060 - And you obviously want to avoid that kind of stuff, right. I think the mid-range is a little bit more of the sweet spot, of when you're buying something that's pre-built, it can actually sometimes make a little bit of sense, as I go flying off into the woods. (laughs) So next we have Battlegrounds, and since Ken is way better at this game than I am, why don't you take it away? - Yep. - What settings can we actually play on? - Let's find out. - Because Battlegrounds, I know it's been getting better with optimization, but it still does not run very well. - No, it's pretty awful on like a lot of systems. - Well it's defaulting to 1080 high, that's not bad. - I mean, we can see how it plays first. - It's a little bit loud. But then again, I mean, it's a fairly powerful graphics card in what is not a super well-ventilated case, so. - Yeah - This is actually running really well though. Again, 1080p high, we're getting 50-60 frames which on PUBG, I think is actually not bad. - Not crazy. - Ken, Ken! - No, ah, dammit. - He didn't even see you, what was that? (Ken laughs) - All right, so Ken, what is your conclusion here with this whole experience of trying to actually get a decent pre-built gaming PC? - The deals exist. Keep your eyes peeled. That's really what it comes down to. - (laughs) Such great advice. Just pay attention, and life will be okay. - Hey look, there are a lot of people that will egg on you for getting a pre-built PC when sometimes, maybe it is the better deal. - This is a good deal. You did a good job. I know you had to shop around a little bit, you had to argue with some salespeople, but you're able to get a system that honestly is a better deal than what you could actually, could get on your own. So I ran the numbers on this, and if you tried to build this system today, now mind you it would be a little bit nicer, with a Kaby Lake i5, and an RX 580, but it's going to cost you around $870. Now mind you, that 580 is way overinflated in price, but even once you cut that down, you get rid of some stuff like the DVD drive, and the wifi, you're still looking at something that's going to cost you over $700, which is more than what you paid for this. So, what do you guys think about how Ken did with the pre-built gaming PC? Honestly, I think you actually did a lot better than I was expecting. So. - Thanks, dad. - Anyway, let us know that you think in the comments below, and we will catch you on the next one. Well, maybe I'll catch you in the next one. Ken will probably be behind the camera, like usual, but, you know. - The way it should be (Austin laughs)

Adopt the Win - Win negotiation style. In our case it is not a zero-sum game, meaning that if someone wins the negotiation the other one loses. The goal is to have better results in order to create a bigger "pie" that we can all share. Prepare your negotiations carefully and consider your negotiation's objectives and partners I can`t say that I miss them, but I certainly have learned enormously from the negotiations with the organizers of the Israeli and Italian junket groups with whom I collaborated in the past Learn and apply the negotiation techniques, influence, persuasion and pre-suasion Ireland casinos. Study Robert Cialdini! Negotiate with determination when you must, but never compromise with what is not negotiable: fairness, professional ethics, brand values, reputation, work quality or given promises. The Pink Hat is for The Communicator Marketing is first of all communication and here there is no secret: success means to deliver the right message to the right person, at the right moment, in the right way and through the right channels. Easy to say and almost impossible to do it perfectly. However, some suggestions for the moments when wearing the Pink Hat would be: The office is the least recommended place to organize your casino marketing! Try to be as visible, as present, informed, prepared and available for communication Listen before you speak. Don`t forget that hearing is not listening and listening is not the same as understanding Separate facts from feelings and emotions. Separate facts from feelings and emotions. ask questions and try always to speak about what's interesting for the person in front of you in other words, talk about him not about you. Mabe it doesn`t seem so, but it`s a big difference between saying „The casino awards 10 prizes” and saying „You have chances to be among the 10 winners” Marketing actions will never be successful if there are not communicated to customers and employees and it`s your responsibility as a marketing manager to organize this process as efficiently as possible. Attention to commercials: their purpose is to correctly inform and convince, not to be spectacular, intelligent, funny or eligible for creativity awards given in the advertising industry. Sometimes you are in the position of representing the company in front of different publics and so you must master the Public Relations techniques Communication with journalists is never simple and easy and you must be very careful when what you do or what you say gets "on screen" or "on print" An image worths more than 1.000 words. Body language transmits much more information than para-verbal and verbal communication. Romanian language is not an option but an obligation. If you do not know how to correctly speak and write, you can not aspire to be a good communicator. Mastering foreign languages really help, especially English. How can we organise it better? How easy or difficult is to change it? What would be the results if we make the changes? What should we start with? What is important? What is urgent?
What resources do we have? What resources do we need? Who can help? Who opposes? Who do we colaborate with? Who do we compete with? Which are our arguments and strengths? Which are our weaknesses? Which are the news in our field? New technologies? New competitors? What new devices have been launched on the market? How do our customers use them? How can we use them? With this White Hat mathematics is not an option but an obligation. Numbers, statistics, charts, trends, mathematical models, and formulas are essential aspects of casino marketing. No matter how interesting the White Hat is we can`t wear it too long because there are 6 more hats waiting for their turn. One of them is the Orange Hat that we wear when we must prove our creativity and come . with new ideas and projects It is obvious that one of the main marketing expectations is creativity and innovation. And this is ok when the novelties we propose are anchored in the casino reality, are consistent with our activity field and, more important than anything, are developed from the perspective of customers. As a marketing manager, one should be: Focused on the changes Willing to give up your comfort zone and help others to do the same. Capable to adapt to your casino the new actions and changes that you`ve seen in other casinos or even other areas of activity from which we could learn but incapable of "carbon-copying" what you have seen on others. Eager to test new actions and then evaluate them objectively, so you can select those that have potential improve them and apply them again with better results. Focused on having results and profitability, and not on being spectacular, funny or interesting. Open to rely on the creative potential of your marketing team and other casino colleagues; many of the successful actions originate in comments received from customers, received directly or through the front line colleagues or in the suggestions of colleagues from different departments. In marketing nothing is made alone and therefor the importance of your team is huge: Build your team with attention and commitment. If you are not satisfied, don`t hesitate to make necessary changes, but that doesn`t necessarly mean giving up on people, but helping them work to the way you need. Say often and sincerely the magic words: Please! Thank you! Very well! Congratulations! Be present, listen, understand, discuss Appreciate their effort and performance don`t leave unnoticed their achievements show how much their work matter for the success of the casino, give constructive feedback. Help your colleagues learn and develop their skills and insist for them to work as a team. Choose to focus on the possitive side of things: „Every problem has a solution, NOT every solution has a problem” Try to be a role model and an exampe for your team and don`t ask them to do the things you don`t do Create systems, methods and procedures to help them approach and solve the most frequent tasks Trust your team, delegate and observe how they work i n your absence. A performing manager is the one whose team works just as well when he is not present. Keep your promise s and do your best to earn the trust and respect of your team. The Black Hat belongs to The Negotiator Very often a Casino Marketing Manager is in the situation to negotiate. Hello to everyone! I`d like to start my presentation with an evaluation and imagination exercise. You own a land based casino, or a gambling hall, a sports bet agency or a casino online website. How satisfied are you with the marketing part of your business?
How important do you think the marketing is for your business success? And the 3rd question is: Who is the artist in the image? It`s true, the artist is John Lennon, one of the 4 Beatles and one of the most popular songs composed by him it`s called “Imagine” is “Imagine” And now comes what I call the “John Lennon Moment”: Imagine how it would be like if marketing to work out perfectly with optimal resources and maximum results! Imagine how would you feel to have someone in your team who knows, who can, who wants and has the passion to to efficiently and professionally organize the marketing in your casino! Or, how John would say: “Imagine!” Because my simple personal definition for casino marketing means looking at our business as it is now imagine how it should be in the future and make this transformation. In my presentation today I was inspired by this book I read it with pleasure and I had a lot to learn and to apply In 1985, Edward Bono was publishing one of his most popular books “6 Thinking Hats” a quick-thinking method, simple and efficient, used by everyone nowadays. De Bono is famous for his contribution in developing people's abilities to think and be creative, being the one who introduced the methods of lateral and parallel thinking. Hence the 6 hats of 6 different colors. which the author invites us to wear one at a time in order to separate information from emotions the logic from hope and the prudence from creativity. Being inspired by this book, I would like to present the “thinking hats” that a casino marketing manager should wear. So, ladies and gentlemen, here there are the 7 Thinking Hats of a Casino Marketing Manager the way I see them after more than 25 years of activity in this casino business These hats are not the only ones, of course, but I selected them these because these are the ones that we wear – metaphorically speaking – most of the time These hats are the ones that show us how we must change the roles we play on the professional stage because being a casino marketing manager is a more complete and complex job that one might think. From the very beginning I want to mention that there is no order of the hats based on their importance. that So, I suggest we start with the White Hat that we wear when we play the “Researcher / Explorer” A passionate Marketing Manager always has a series of questions, about clients, management, changes, competition, opportunities, threats etc. Who are we? Who do we want to be? How is our casino perceived from the outside? And from the inside? - Who are our customers? How many categories of clients there are? Where are they coming from? Why did they choose our casino? How are they coming to our casino? What are their expectations? How satisfied are they with our services? Which are their most often complaints? What do they say about us? What do our reports and figures tell us? How could we have more customers? What kind of customers would we like to have? How should we communicate with them? What should we do to increase customer satisfaction? How is the marketing organised? Why is like this and not other way? What results we have now? Hi! My name is Adam I'm 23 years old, just started to work, but I still love playing video games. In this video I'm going to tell you everything you should know about esports betting to make some nice extra cash while having fun.
Before I start, I want to tell you a few words about how I came across esports betting, because you are probably in the same situation like I was in a year ago Oncasinogames. I personally like MOBAs the best, but if you are a Counter Strike or a StarCraft fan, well, nobody can be perfect. Just kidding, these are awesome games too. I consider myself a casual player who is better than the average, like everybody else. I watch a lot of matches on twitch and videos on YouTube, so I can constantly learn, improve and become a better player, also chill while having dinner. To be honest, I sometimes enjoy watching these matches and replays much more than playing the game itself, because while I'm watching, nobody wants me to get cancer, calls me a f**ing noob, wishes to sleep with my mother just because I missed my ulti or didn't want to go in 3v5 teamfight. Around a year ago some of my friends who never actually played any of these games came over to my place for a beer. I was currently watching a pro match, it was between Fnatic and Cloud 9. First, they laughed at me, then they were amazed how many people watched the stream, also how professional is the whole environment. At the end, they joined me and we watched a match together. They asked a lot about the game so I explained them what is happening on the screen and told them in advance which team is going to win in my opinion. After my prediction was right, one of my friends asked me how I knew it and whether I made a bet on the team. In fact I didn't really know that it is even possible to bet on e-sport matches. I didn't know anything about regular sports betting either. However, my friend, who is placing bets regularly on football matches, explained me how it works and that sometimes he wins several hundred euros a month, so I decided to give it a try. Basically, betting on e-sports happens on the same sites as betting on regular sports, so in order to get started, you have to register at one of them and deposit some money. Don't worry about that too much, I've collected a small list of betting sites with the best promotions, where you can easily get a 50-100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, depending on how much money you are starting with. Currently the best offer is at betway.com, they give you 30 pounds, it's like 42 euros. If you just want to try it out and don't want to risk your money at all, some sites are also offering free bets. For all college students, Finals is the ultimate obstacle that they must hurdle. It is either they pass the exams and move on to a higher year or get stuck on the same level for another 12 months.
The problem with Final exams is that they would encompass subject material for the entire school year. For those who have a tendency to cram at the very last minute, it is practically impossible to study and review so many topics in a matter of hours. If you want to pass your Final exams with flying colors, here are some tips that you should follow. 1. Start studying as early as the first day of school. The best way to pass your Finals is by studying diligently and regularly since Day 1. Take note that when we say “studying”, we don’t mean that you need to memorize your textbooks. Reinforce what you are learning by reading your textbooks and notes repeatedly. The greater you are exposed to the study material and the more that you repeat reading, memorizing and understanding them, the greater will be your retention of information. 2. Always attend classes. Except when you are sick, it is strongly advised that you attend your classes regularly. Most professors will ask questions in tests, including Finals, on topics that they have lectured in class. If you miss even a single class, you are likely to lose out on vital information that might be asked during Finals. Essay service can help you with exams. 3. Make good notes and study aids. To make it easier for you to review during Finals, early on, develop the skill of taking down good notes. There are many tutorials on the Internet on the various techniques of note-taking. You should also consider making study aids, such as flash cards for definitions and important historical dates. These study aids will help you to remember bits of information, and you can use them to refresh your memory when studying for college. 4. Go for Group Study. Having a study group with classmates and/or friends will help you to understand difficult concepts taught in class. You can discuss the subject matter between you and even give each other pop quizzes to test each other’s knowledge. 5. Ask help from your professor. If you are having trouble understanding the subject matter, do not be ashamed to approach your professor and ask for their help. He or she would want you to succeed in Finals. Naturally, they will be very willing to sit down with you and help you with your study difficulties. What is due diligence and why is it important to your interview?

Is market research by definition important?
Market research by definition is the process of investigating the business area of interest and the companies involved in that sector. In short you are investigating the future for a prospective employer and attempting to determine how they will fare, especially in light of the economy and other financial conditions. An example would be going to work for a company that has plans to outsource production to a foreign country, or perhaps use outside contractors. You also need to know if the company is financially stable, or prone to layoffs due to market conditions, whether it is publicly or privately funded, and even how their stock price is doing if traded. Fortunately, the internet has given us a valuable research tool along with all the other different research methods. Your investigations should let you know how viable that particular sector is and potential for growth. You certainly want to know if you area of interest is one to pursue for the long run, in order to help make that all important career decision. More importantly It is advisable to find a company that gives an indication for long-term employment. Certainly is it better for you to have a stable work history and not be branded as a job hopper. Additionally, if the future is bright in a new technology area, you need to ask yourself if you qualified or will you need to invest time and money for more education or training. All too often college graduates find out too late that they have spent four years pursuing an area that has little demand for jobs. It’s also a good idea to check out not just a particular market, but also all companies you are interested in pursuing or are offering opportunities. A strong market is important, but a potential employer needs to share their strength for growth, vision, and capability. It might be timely to check out some business research articles that will let you know where they have been, how they are doing, and what the futures hold for a prospective employer. If you aren’t sure about a company, don’t leave it to chance, because it is: YOUR JOB, YOUR CAREER, YOUR LIFE! Prepare employment interview questions to ask your interviewer
Have your key employment interview questions spelled out and ready so you can get a full understanding of the position. One of my mantras regarding interviewing that I have tirelessly expressed over the twenty years is “Don’t leave an interview without saying everything you wanted to say and asking everything you wanted to ask.” Ask the resume editor to prepare a high-quality resume for you. Too often people will tell me, “I didn’t think I could or should ask that or those questions.” WRONG! Have you gotten your ticket punched for a second dance? NO! So why wait to find out what you need to know NOW! I can’t stress to you enough that the interview is yours therefore take the time to get all the information you need to know. You have researched the market, products and company to your hearts content. You are pretty much done with what you need to know, right? I think not! If you want control of your destiny, take control of the interview. That means spending time concentrating on interview questions and preparation. This means you write down all the questions you want to ask and not leaving anything to chance. You want to roll the dice, go to Vegas. Additionally, you must be prepared to answer the manager interview questions properly and confidently. There are always general interview questions that give them an idea of what you are about before they get into specifics. You want to be comfortable with any questions you will be asking or answering, so practice. You will be more relaxed and get a feel for how the questions sound and how they will be perceived. Be sure to explore the other sections and pages on this website. Additionally, we welcome any questions you may by sending an email on the Contact Michael page. Take control of your interview because it’s: YOUR JOB, YOUR CAREER, YOUR LIFE! |
